As an employer ourselves, Strip Curtains Direct are well aware of the importance of complying with the multitude of health and safety regulations and recommendations that exist in the UK today. One of the most important things that we have to think about is controlling the risks in our business by ensuring that all our equipment is maintained correctly. In addition, as a supplier of warehouse plastic curtains, we feel that it is our duty to assist our customers too. This is why we are delighted to announce the launch of our brand new PVC Strip Curtains maintenance packages. These cover a wide range of services that you can pick and choose from in order to build the correct maintenance package for your needs.
We start off with the Bronze package which is free, and in this package you will receive a monthly e-report and a maintenance pack. The Silver package is just £15 a month and covers a monthly e-report, maintenance pack, and a six monthly maintenance visit from one of our maintenance engineers. The Gold package, at £25 a month, contains a monthly e-report, maintenance pack and a quarterly visit from one of our maintenance engineers. Our top level Platinum package, at £65 a month, contains a monthly e-report, a maintenance pack, and a monthly maintenance visit.
So, what does the e-report contain? Well, it will not only provide you with the information you need to measure the clarity of your own plastic drapes, but it will also contain advice on how to assess the condition of any stainless steel hanging systems you may have. The monthly email will also come with a report sheet that has to be completed, which will prompt you to inspect these items on a regular basis. If you find you need any replacement PVC strips or hanging system pieces, then these will be sent out for you to install. The maintenance pack which you will receive with all our packages, contains hanging instructions and all of the tools that you will need to measure the clarity of your PVC door curtains.
If you opt for a maintenance packages that offer you an on-site maintenance visit from one of our maintenance engineers, then they will attend your site either six monthly, quarterly or monthly (depending on your package). During their visit, they will do a thorough inspection of all plastic drapes, measuring both the clarity of the strips and the condition of your hanging system. They will then carry out any repairs or replacements as they deem fit and using our discounted replacement items. Our professional maintenance engineers are also available on an ad-hoc basis between scheduled visits - although this is chargeable service of course.
