It is becoming increasingly important to take every measure possible to ensure as an employer, you comply with Health and Safety regulations and recommendations. As experts in the installation and maintenance of PVC Strip Curtains we see it as our responsibility to assist you in doing this to the best of your ability.
Strip Curtains Direct offer its customers a number of different services that combine to make our unique range of maintenance packages.
Maintenance Visit - One of our maintenance engineers will attend your site and conduct an inspection of all curtains, measuring the clarity of the strips and assessing the condition of the stainless steel hanging system. They will carry out any repairs or replacements required. Our maintenance engineers are also available for site visits on a chargeable ad-hoc basis if work is required between scheduled visits.
E-Report –Any customer taking advantage of our E-Report service will be provided with the tools to measure the clarity of their own strip curtains and advise on assessing the condition of the stainless steel hanging system. They will receive a monthly email with a report sheet to be completed, prompting them to conduct their own inspection. Replacement strips/hanging system required will be sent out to you for self-installation.
Maintenance Pack – The maintenance pack will contain hanging instructions and the required tools to measure clarity of the strip curtains.
