This 400 litre heavy duty grit bin keeps a large stock of salt or grit on hand near car parks, loading yards, entrances and site roads. It suits warehouses, factories, schools and commercial premises where maintenance teams need to treat large areas quickly when ice forms.
The bin is made from tough medium-density polyethylene (MDPE). A hinged lid keeps the contents dry, and two hasp and staple fittings let you secure the lid with padlocks. Its bright yellow colour and GRIT marking make it easy to find on site.
