Using worXmart workplace products in your workspace

You may have noticed on the Strip Curtains Direct website that we have added a wide range of products under the “Warehouse Equipment” tab. 

This is aimed at providing employers with the products they need to make their workplaces more accessible and inclusive for all employees.

Why workplace products?

One of the main benefits of strip curtains is that they help to increase the comfort of employees through their thermal benefits, and so adding more products to the range makes sense. Taking the time to introduce some accessible products for your employees to use will be appreciated by your employees and they will repay this by staying loyal to your company and producing better quality work for you.

Where to start?

So, how do you make your workspace more comfortable for everyone? Start by talking. Gather all your employees together and chat with them about what is working and what isn’t, and what would make their lives better at work? Do they spend too much time sitting? Are there particular tasks that they find strenuous? Are there areas that are hard to reach?

Once you have gathered all of this information, then sift through it to work out what is achievable and what isn’t. Then decide where to start and what to implement first, but keep the conversation going and make it a two-way exchange.

Changes you can easily make

Most of the changes you want to make will come from employee suggestions, but there are some products we offer at worXmart which can help you to make your workspace more inclusive and accessible.
